Level 5, Hawke Building, UniSA City West Campus, North Teccre, Adelaide
The Sport Club Conference is an annual conference aimed at providing University Sporting Club volunteers with ideas, knowledge and contacts to assist them in running their club effectively. This year’s conference is based on VicHealth's 'Doing Sport Differently' and will focus on how sporting clubs can design, engage and deliver their programs in a different way to engage 'today's' members.
The day will consist of different workshops sessions based around the different Doing Sport Differently principles and participants will be encouraged to discuss, problem-solve and share how they engage and support members into their club.
- Marketing and Communication
- Understanding members as customers
- Sporting program design and pathways
- As the deliverer, clubs leaders and coaches are the most important people to members
With the conference moved forward from its normal April date to mid - February, it presents an exciting development opportunity for clubs leaders to be best prepared for O'Week, the major recruitment drive for all University Clubs.
