Adelaide University Lacrosse Club

The Adelaide Uni Lacrosse Club welcomes players of all ages, genders and abilities. Founded in 1889 by Nobel Prize winning Professor William Henry Bragg, we're the oldest lacrosse club in South Australia and a founding member of AUSport.

What is lacrosse? Lacrosse could well be the most fun you'll experience on grass… and is the fastest field sport there is. The skills are easy to pick up so don’t be scared off if you have never played before. We have a large influx each year of new players so you won't be alone. We also welcome experienced lacrosse players at all levels.

Although our club is small, we field two men's and women's senior grade teams, in both division 1 and 2. We are a very social club, so the fun doesn’t stop off-field! Our club holds regular pub nights, barbecues and an annual pub crawl, fun-run and Mexican fiesta night.

Catch us at the 2018 O-Week and Clubs in the Hub or stop by the Graduates Oval during one of our trainings to give lacrosse a try!

What about fees I hear you ask? If you want to play lacrosse, we have the most competitive fees in SA and we also give heavy discounts to new players and current Adelaide Uni students. We have free uniform and equipment hire for all players, and do regular club orders of gear if you're after some sweet discounts.

So what are you waiting for?
Come and see us at the O-Week stand, at our Come-and-Try day or from January you will find us training out the front of the Graduates Clubhouse in the North Adelaide Parklands, corner of MacKinnon Parade and Frome Road.
