FACILITIES - FACILITY HIRE GUIDELINES

To ensure playing fields are maintained, it is necessary to prioritise the level/category of use of playing fields and facilities. Even a social kick around can affect the fields greatly. The following rules must be adhered to for all bookings.

General Facility Rules

Studded boots are prohibited between October and April on playing fields

Driving and parking on playing fields without a permit is prohibited

No Alcohol in any facility unless licensed

No Glass in any facility

A permit for BBQs is required and rules must be adhered to. To apply for a permit, please complete the BBQ Request Form

Smoking is prohibited in and adjacent to buildings and on fields


Misuse of sporting facilities may result in fines. Security has the power to move groups without a booking.
